We cap all group classes at 8 people. This ensures every member gets proper coaching attention every session.

If you're new to calisthenics or training in general, we recommend starting with our Beginner Calisthenics Class. If your main goal is to learn handstands, our Handstand Class would be a great option. If you can already do 10+ pull-ups and 30+ push-ups, Advanced is for you. For one-on-one coaching tailored to your goals, see Private Training.
